My friend, Jenny, taught a class at her house a few days ago and I had so much fun making a plain wooden block turn into a colorful piece of inspiration. When Jenny and I were teaching together, I would walk into her classroom and admire her brightly decorated walls. Now, I walk into her house and do the same. I also got to spend some time with my former principal and other teachers. We had a great time swapping teaching stories and reliving funny memories.
Thanks for being such a great friend!! I'm so happy we still get to hang out together even if we don't teach side by side anymore!!
