Remembering Nick's Baptism

Here's another project using items from my kit for my scrapbooking class. I tried basting a stitch on the ribbon which I saw on another classmate's project and it looked so cute. It worked great until I tried to adhere it to the paper. The stitch broke; however, I used a beaded pin to try and create the same effect. I really like how the colors make a sweet background for Nick's baptism. I have a ton more pictures from this beautiful day as well. Yes, that is Nick getting fully dunked into holy water. That is the tradition in the Orthodox Church. Thankfully, he was over it pretty quickly.
